General Remarks
|
Discussion Notes: *Facility Observed selling reduced oxygen packaged cooked pizzas that exhibited signs of thawing which were marked “Keep Frozen”. Facility lacked information on what their ROP HACCP plan requires for these products. Facility also observed selling raw cookie dough, meat products, soups and jarred food. Facility instructed to provide proof of food license for the manufacturing of these products and as well as copy of last inspection. ROP products must follow approved HACCP plans through distribution of product to customers. *Facility has repeatedly lacked proper hand washing set up at this location. Discussed requirements and proper hand washing procedures. *Bucks CFSM application provided via email.
